Buying or selling a home today is a mountain of detail. When you are involved a few times it seems as if the financing, insurance, inspections, and paper trail are confusing and complicated to put it politely. My job is to make the process as easy as possible for you and to take advantage of all the possible benefits for you. I think that perhaps the one thing that most successful people must have in common is a great love for what they do. Perhaps it sounds naïve, but that is the way I have felt about being a Realtor since day one. You are allowed to become a part of an event that is a major occurrence in most people’s lives and you are allowed to contribute and help make it happen. Even after more than 25 years it is still a thoroughly satisfying, exciting and rewarding career. Perhaps the most satisfaction comes from knowing that my success today and tomorrow results directly from what I did yesterday. A good deal of my business comes from referrals, and I am proud of the fact that I do well today because people were pleased with my performance in the past.
